Submit your music once and we'll email it to every radio station in our database — then track who opens it and downloads your song. Free to read this guide; submitting requires a Full or VIP membership.

Head to the Radio Submission page. You'll need a Full or VIP membership to submit a track, but anyone can preview the form and read this tutorial. The form asks for your artist info, track details, and media files.
Fill in your Artist / Band Name, Track Title, and pick a Genre (Rock, Country, Metal, R&B, or Rap). Add an optional ISRC number, a short description of the track, and the Release Date. The email you enter is where we'll send your submission confirmation.
Upload three files: your Cover Art (image), your Radio Stinger (a short audio clip), and your full Song (audio). Just click each field, choose your file, and it uploads automatically — a green checkmark means it's ready.
Hit the SUBMIT button. You'll see a confirmation screen and a count of how many radio stations your track was emailed to — it goes out to every station in our database in one blast.
Your submission is automatically emailed to all radio stations in the Gigging Toolkit database. Each email includes your cover art, stinger, song link, and a personalised message — no manual sending required.
Each email contains a tracking pixel and a tracked download link. When a station opens your email or downloads your song, it's logged automatically. Admins can view per-station opens and downloads on the submission detail page and in the Email Tracker.
